I charge for commissioned work based on an hourly rate, plus any anticipated expenses, along with any copyright etc. we negotiate. I will quote you in advance, based on my assessment of the work proposed. My hourly rate is chargeable at US$80 / GB£50 / EU€60, based on current exchange rates. I’ll confirm the rate when I quote, and am happy to bill in any currency.

For editorial and other longform creative nonfiction or fiction copy, I’ll negotiate based on the going rate. I only work with professional organisations and publications. Please get in touch if you have an enquiry.
